Duties and Functions:

• To monitor the progress of potential annexation by the City of College Station.
• Monitor city planning relative to annexation of all or part of the Nantucket subdivision.
• Investigate anticipated costs of annexation relative to water, sewer and electrical supply.
• Investigate legal options available to homeowners relative to annexation.
• Poll homeowners for views on annexation.
